draining haiku

  1. Good morning all…

Great photo on the front page, Mickey. Give that guy a roof rake and chain saw and he will have 3 important tools.

Joe # 6 from yesterday...your comment reminded me of something Assange said: “... war is just one damn thing after another...” Another thing he said is how disappointing it was to have almost no public reaction to the release of Collateral Murder.  I felt the same way - now there is increasing evidence that facts rarely change anyone’s mind when it comes to war.

  2. Nice photo but i am not sure i would carry that thing so close to my head given what it is used for.

  3. Hello Mickey, RMJ and Michael.

I don’t know if it matters anymore to focus on any one detail. Everything is so insane and every subsequent action intensifies the entire damn mess.

Maybe the question if and when all this degenerate behavior will go into the streets? Possibly there’s an explanation for authorities restoring rail lines?

Michael--How does political/social change appear to be coming along in Scotland?

  4. That guy’s a frontrunner for the next big movement: Citizens With Plungers - “We’re only dangerous if you’re full of shit.” The Star-Spangled Stasi would label them ‘terrorist weapons,’ of course.

Anyone else heard about the Ft. Calhoun reactor being at risk? The Missouri River is lapping at the door and there was a fire in an electrical room. Despite this, zilch for coverage from the majors. http://tinyurl.com/3wh38eh (scroll down for Arnie Gunderson interview)

  5. Hello, Rosemarie, Michael, Joe of Maine and Zen Prole - from a cool Daylesford, where the sun just showed briefly but has now disappeared behind clouds again.

.now there is increasing evidence that facts rarely change anyone’s mind when it comes to war.’ Could not agree more, Rosemarie!  Same down under.

And keep posting all those photos, videos and haiku poems, Mickey.

  6. Hello Expendables.

Zen: I was planning to link to that nuke story in the next post...all about human denial, etc. Stay tuned.

  8. For a split second I thought that was a picture of me, but I couldn’t recall walking around with a plunger in my hand.  It’s not something I make a habit of.

  9. Me again.

Just put up a new post with some interesting links. See you all there.
